4.1. Amend the November 23, 2020 Special Meeting minutes previously adopted with the following changes:
CHAIR SUNDQUIST called the special meeting to order at 5:30 P.M and read the following:
The meeting will go to closed session pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 13D.05, subdivision 3(b), to engage in discussions with the School Board’s legal counsel related to pending litigation against the District in the complaint filed in Concerned Citizens et al., OAH Case No. 82-0325-36868. The Board of Directors seeks legal advice on the status of the matter, the District Attorney’s analysis of the same, and the District’s options for responding to the claims.
Motion to enter into closed session. The ayes had it. Motion passed.
Board entered into closed session. Director SORCAN did not attend the closed session.
Special meeting reopened at 5:51 P.M.

4.13. Approval of intermittent leave of absence for Brooke Mariucci beginning at the time of exhaustion of accrued personal and sick leave time.

4.15. Acceptance of donation of $200.00 from Anne Bier to Rock Ridge Public Schools to be used to help assist students in need of essentials to participate in athletics.

4.16. Acceptance of donation from Lake County Power - "Operation Round Up" in the amount of $800.00 to be utilized in the classroom of Emily Heitke (Gifted & Enrichment Program).
