1. Call to order of special meeting.

2. Closed Session for purposes of discussing AFSCME Negotiations Strategy in accordance with Minn. Statute 13D.03, Subd.1. In accordance with this Statute, the District is allowed to go into closed session to discuss AFSCME negotiations strategy. The closed session shall be recorded.
