Description:
This interlocal agreement with Equalis Group LLC allows the District to participate in a cooperative purchasing program that provides access to competitively solicited contracts for a variety of goods and services. Approval of this agreement enables the District to utilize these pre-negotiated contracts in compliance with state purchasing requirements, potentially increasing efficiency and reducing costs. |
