E.2. Recommend Approval of Proposal to Replace the Flowing Wells Junior High Walk-in Combination Cooler/Freezer to Arizona Restaurant Supply, Inc.
E.2.a. It is recommended that the Governing Board approve Arizona Restaurant Supply, Inc., to replace the walk-in combination cooler/freezer at Flowing Wells Junior High School utilizing Mohave Cooperative Contract 17K-AZRS-0714 for $102,400.32.

F.1. Recommend Adoption of Edgenuity Curriculum for K-12 asynchronous online classes
F.1.a. Approval is requested to adopt the Edgenuity curriculum, including both the Odysseyware and Edgenuity suite of online classes, for use in asynchronous online learning.
G. New Business
G.1. Overview and Discussion of Governor Ducey's Executive Order 2020-51 and the Arizona Department of Health Safely Returning to In-Person Instruction Documents
G.1.a. Superintendent Dr. David Baker will summarize the two documents and highlight the implications for the District as the school calendar progresses with specific discussion of the August 17 requirement to offer in-person services.

G.2. Recommend Approval of the Required Distance Learning Plan and Authorize the Superintendent to Make Ongoing Incremental Changes
G.2.a. The District Administration has completed the initial draft of the required Distance Learning Plan to be implemented during remote instruction and recommends approval.
G.3. Recommend Approval of the Flowing Wells COVID-19 Mitigation Plan and Authorize the Superintendent to Make Ongoing Incremental Changes
G.3.a. The District Administration has completed the first version of the District mitigation plan and recommends approval. 
G.4. Recommend Approval of Continuing Pay During School Closures
G.4.a. The District Administration recommends approval to continue to pay during the delayed start to in-person learning and possible school closures as detailed in Governor Ducey's Executive Order 2020-51.

G.5. Recommend Approval of Required Face Covering Regulations GBGB-R, JICA-RB and KI-RB
G.5.a. In compliance with Governor Ducey's Executive Order 2020-51 (5), the District Administration has requested adoption of regulations GBGB-R, JICA-RB and KI-RB to require face coverings until the Arizona Department of Health Services deems it no longer necessary. The Regulations are requested to be approved by the Governing Board instead of the typical approval by the Superintendent in order to comply with the Executive Order.

G.6. Overview of Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) Guidance
G.6.a. Superintendent Dr. David Baker will summarize the current guidance provided by the AIA concerning the fall high school athletic seasons.

G.7. Overview and Discussion of Future Bond Projects
G.7.a. Douglas Elementary School has been awarded the Certificate of Substantial Completion and represents the completion of the most significant bond project. The District Administration will provide an overview of the remaining approved bond projects and discuss a possible timeline for future projects, including a possible timeline for bond sale.
