E.1. Recommend Approval to Renew the Lease Agreement with the Tucson Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Training Program
E.1.a. It is recommended that the Governing Board approve the renewal of the lease agreement with the Tucson Electrical Joint Apprenticeship Traning Program (Tucson Electrical JATP) for the property formerly used as Sentinel Peak High School.

F. New Business
F.1. Recommend Approval of Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and Flowing Wells Unified School District
F.1.a. The District Administration recommends continued participation in the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between the Arizona Department of Economic Security and Flowing Wells High School to provide transition from school to work services. This IGA allows the District to employ a transitional specialist position and cover program costs to serve our special education students.

F.2. Recommend Approval of Grant Agreement with United Way and Flowing Wells Unified School District
F.2.a. The District Administration recommends approval of the Project READy Grant Agreement and Addendum I to financially support the Flowing Wells summer reading program, Project READy.

F.3.a. The District Administration recommends approval of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Arizona Board of Regents and on Behalf of Northern Arizona University Senior Corps Program and the Flowing Wells Schools District for participation in the Foster Grandparent Program.

F.4.a. Information is provided regarding the timeline and plans to renovate an existing facility in the Flowing Wells High School Agriculture Department to establish a welding shop.

F.5. Recommend Approval of Revised Gifted Scope and Sequence
F.5.a. The District Administration recommends approval of revisions to the 2020-2021 Gifted Scope and Sequence; the revisions simply document programmatic elements that already were in place. 
F.6. Recommend Approval to Increase Support Staff Substitutes and Athletic Competition support at Flowing Wells Junior High School to $12.15/hour effective January 1, 2021
F.6.a. As established in Arizona law, the minimum wage is reset on January 1 in each year. The new minimum wage for Arizona is $12.15/hour and it impacted the positions of Support Staff Substitutes and Flowing Wells Junior High Athletic Competition support (ticket takers) which were previously $12.00/hour.

F.7. Recommend Approval of Extending the One-Time FFCRA eighty (80) hour COVID-19 related leave from January 1, 2021 until March 31, 2021
F.7.a. The Families First Coronavirus Response Act previously established eighty (80) hours of COVID-19 related leave that expired on December 31, 2020. Congress approved the Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriation Act that allowed, but did not require, the extension of the eighty (80) hours for COVID-19 related leave until March 31, 2021.

F.8.a. Superintendent Dr. David Baker will hold a discussion about current state and county health metrics, current learning models, and athletics.

G. Executive Session
