Other than this, the response to public comments will be limited to directing staff to study the matter or scheduling the matter as a future agenda item.

F.1. Changes to College Credit by Examination Incentive Program (CCEIP) Payment Methods
F.1.a. Approval is requested to revise the procedures by which CCEIP payments are disbursed in order to align with Arizona statutory changes specified in ARS §15-249.06(D).

F.2.a. The District Administration recommends approval of the proposed 2021-2022 school year calendar. The calendar was presented for review on November 26, 2019 and available online since the posting.

F.3. Recommend approval of the District Payroll Calendar to reflect the adopted 2021-2022 School Calendar
F.3.a. The District Administration recommends approval of the District Payroll Calendar to reflect the adopted 2021-2022 school calendar. This recommendation maintains the currently adopted number of paid holidays and the holiday location from the 2020-2021 school calendar.
