Statutes 19.85 (1)(c) for the purpose of discussing employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, to consider staffing and compensation for the 2025-2026 school year and (e) consider employment and expenditure of district monies which, for competitive/bargaining reasons require closed session.
