• Accept a $3,500 donation from George Christianson from the 2024 Alfalfa Fest proceeds.
• Accept a $1,000 donation from the Boyceville Fire Fighters Association to the Class of 2026 for their help at the Pickle Fest Derby.
• Accept a $500 mini grant from the Jackie Hunt State Farm Insurance Company to Liz Stolte to purchase The English Language Learner Games Library.
• Accept a $515 grant from the AnnMarie Foundation to Liz Stolte to purchase "Ready Set Go" language kits.
• Accept a $3,600 grant from the AnnMarie Foundation to Jerim DesJarlais to purchase 50 wobble chairs for elementary classrooms.

8. Adjournment to closed session under Wis. Statutes 19.85 (1)(c)  for the purpose of discussing employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, to discuss staffing.

9. Reconvene in Open Session for the purpose of taking action as deemed necessary or appropriate on any matter discussed or deliberated upon in Closed Session.
