  1. Accept an Ann Marie Grant in the amount of $5,455 to be used to purchase a new Real Care Baby Experience package.

8. Adjournment to closed session under Wis. Statutes 19.85 (1)(c)  for the purpose of discussing employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, specifically to discuss staffing for 2022-2023.
9. Reconvene in Open Session for the purpose of taking action as deemed necessary or appropriate on any matter discussed or deliberated upon in Closed Session.
