5. Director: $300/month ($3,600)

6. $100/month stipend to be paid to members of the HR (Negotiations) Committee

XI. Identify Primary Legal Counsel 
Currently, Kennedy and Graven. Individuals authorized to contact legal counsel include the Chairperson, the Superintendent, and the Special Programs (Human Resources) Administrator.
 

XII. Set Day, Time and Place of Regular School Board Meetings and Study Sessions 
The recommendation is to (1) set regular meetings for the third Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Governor's Room/Community Center; (2) set study sessions for the first Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Middle School Media Center; and (3) set the January Organizational meeting for the first Monday of the month and the January and February Regular meetings for the third Thursday of the month due to conflicts with holidays.

XIII. Discuss Appointments to School Board Committees 

XIV. Resolution to Proceed with Budget Planning Process 
As part of the budgeting process, the School Board is being asked to direct administration to develop budget plans for the 2025-2026 school year. The plan may include budget additions, reductions and/or adjustments. This resolution is required to officially start the budget process.
