5. The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(e) to deliberate regarding the District's transportation contract and bid process. The deliberations require executive session due to and based upon competitive and bargaining considerations, to wit, they will directly and substantially affect the District's negotiations with one or more third parties.
