The Board will convene into executive session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute §§ 19.85(1) (g) & (f) to confer with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically regarding findings of a DPI appeal and ordered corrective action, and for the purpose of considering multiple student disciplinary expulsion orders, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial effect upon the reputation of the students involved. |
