5. The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (c) & (g), to consider employment promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, to discuss personnel implications due to upcoming school consolidations, and to confer with legal counsel for the government body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, and to consider and discuss specific personnel concerns which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person involved, specific to the Shared Journeys Charter School and its contract with the District.
