The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (c) to complete a performance evaluation and rating of the Superintendent using a consensus process and to consider compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, to discuss administrative staffing and the Superintendent's salary.
