Description:
The Board anticipates public comments will be delivered both at the in-person meeting and through virtual access to the meeting via Zoom. In order to manage public comments the Board asks that individuals who will provide public comment virtually complete their request to make comments through this Google Form https://forms.gle/qs5FDxrYtnFHTL2M6. Those making comments in-person will still sign up in the Board Room as is typical. The Board President will then call speakers one from the in-person list and then one from the virtual list and so forth. Speakers are limited to three minutes each.
Individuals making in-person public comments are expected to practice social distancing and to wear a mask. The Board Room will have limited seating with seats set six feet apart. If seats are full, speakers are asked to wait in the lobby until called by the board president. |
