Adjourn to executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1) (c) (f) & (g) to discuss the retirement of an at-will employee, to consider an expulsion order with regard to disciplinary charges against a student, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the student involved in such conduct and to confer with the District's legal counsel and to consider his advice relative to an ongoing fraud investigation.
