The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(c)(e) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, to discuss the status of EEOC claims filed against the district and to discuss the sale and lease of current school district property.
