The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(c)(f) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, to provide an update on leadership assignments, to discuss performance compensation pay for the Superintendent and for the purpose of considering an expulsion order with regard to disciplinary charges against a student, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the student involved in such conduct.
