The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(c)(f) to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the government body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility; specifically, to discuss recent leadership assignments and for the purpose of considering three expulsion orders with regard to disciplinary charges against the students, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the students involved in such conduct.
