3. The Board will convene into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(g)(e)(f) to confer with legal counsel regarding potential litigation, to confer with our mortgage brokers regarding an accepted offer to purchase of school district property and to consider an Expulsion Order with regard to disciplinary charges against a student, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the student involved in such conduct.
