3. Adjourn to executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to a nonrenewal hearing of an Administrator. (Review nonrenewal hearing procedures with the Board).

4. Remain in executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(b) to consider dismissal, demotion, licensing or discipline of any public employee or person licensed by a board or commission or the investigation of charges against such person, or considering the grant or denial of tenure for a university faculty member, and the taking of formal action on any such matter. The Administrator has been notified of the right to request that the evidentiary portion of this meeting be held in open session and has not requested that it be held in open session. Therefore the evidentiary portion of the hearing will be held in closed session.

5. Remain in executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(a) to deliberate concerning a case which was the subject of any judicial or quasi-judicial trial or hearing before that governmental body as referenced in Paragraph 4.

6. Remain in executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) to consider employment of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. The Board may act to issue two final notices of nonrenewal to administrators and a 1-year employment contract to stop the rollover/extension of an administrator.

7. Remain in executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel regarding a potential lawsuit from a West Allis resident.

8. Approval of closed session minutes.

9. Adjourn into open session to take any necessary action.
