4. The Board will adjourn into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(c)(e)(f) to review an offer to purchase of school district property and for the consideration of an expulsion order with regard to disciplinary charges against a student, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the student. The Board will also discuss the proposed contract for the Superintendent of Schools and complete an evaluation and rating of the Superintendent using a consensus process.
