The Board will adjourn into executive session in accordance with Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(f)(c) for the purpose of considering four expulsion orders with regard to disciplinary charges against the students, which if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of the students involved in such conduct and for the purpose of reviewing and discussing the district's proposed employee organization structure and to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of employees.
