VI.B. Consideration of the September 2015 Financial report (Kim Pickett) 

VI.C. Consideration of Budget Amendments 2-2015/2016 and 3-2015/2016, authorizing the use of $25,000 of General Fund Balance toward the 2nd floor Auditorium Bathroom Project (Kim Pickett, Interim Finance Director).

VI.D. The 90-day overview and financial report for the weekly Curbside Stick Collection process (Matt Zapp, Town Manager). 

VI.D.1. The BETA program kicked off 7/20/1/2015

VI.D.2. The average weekly cost is approximately $325 in labor and $50 in landfill fees.

VI.D.3. Staff recommends continuing the program year-round with CLS, Inc. 

VI.E. Consideration to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with the NCSHP (Matt Zapp, Town Manager). 

VI.E.1. The Town can convert to the North Carolina State Health Plan for major medical coverage.

VI.E.2. Estimated savings to the Town would be $62,040 for the 2016 calendar year.

VI.E.3. Effective date of conversion would be January 1, 2016

VII.A.1.a. Please place leaves along the edge of your yard; Do NOT place leaves in the road or near storm drains.

VII.A.2. Reminder:  Weekly trash, recycling and yard waste services are scheduled to increase by 3% effective January 1, 2016. 

VII.A.2.a.  Current price is $22.00 per stop.  

VII.A.2.b. Jan 1, 2016 price will be $22.66 per stop.
