VI.A. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a recodification of the ordinances of the Town of Benson; specifically: to amend the Unified Development Ordinance (“UDO”) numbering from how it is currently identified, Chapter 150, to what was intended to be codified as Chapter 156.  There are no specific amendments to the UDO or other Town of Benson Ordinances, other than the renumbering, contemplated at the meeting.
