VI.A. The Town of Benson will hold a Public Hearing to discuss the intent to issue debt in an amount not to exceed $430,000.  The purpose of the loan will be to provide for a local grant match necessary to begin the $1.1 million Phase II Waterline Replacement project during FY 2014/2015.
