VII.A. An update on the status of all active and upcoming infrastructure projects for the Town of Benson (Brian Johnson, TWC).

VII.E.1. The proposed solution includes weekly trash collection, weekly yard debris collection and every-other-week collection of recycling materials via 95-gallon rolling carts.  

VII.E.2. The proposed monthly cost is $22.00 per stop with an implementation date of January 1, 2015. 

VII.F. Consider a month-to-month lease with Partnership for Children to occupy rental space within 304 South Lee Street (Matt Zapp, Town Manager).

VIII.A. A comprehensive  Economic Development update luncheon will be held on Thurs October 16, 2014 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM.  

VIII.A.1. Presentations will be made by ElectriCities of North Carolina, Johnston County's Economic Development Department and the Town of Benson. 

VIII.A.2. Tickets are $10 per person; seating is limited.

VIII.B. The Board of Commissioner's meeting slated for Thursday October 30, 2014 will be held at the Benson Baptist Church fellowship hall.  

VIII.B.1. The audit presentation will begin at 7:00 PM.
