III. Discussion and possible recommendation regarding bids for construction management services for DEMS and DHS building projects.  

IV. Contemplated closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. s. 19.85(1)(e) and 19.85(1)(f) to discuss the investing of public funds and conduct other specified public business, whenever competitive reasons require a closed session, and to discuss social or personal histories, which, if discussed in public would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories, specifically to discuss the personal histories of companies that have submitted bids for construction management services or to discuss negotiation strategy or price offers related to bids for construction management services, and take action as appropriate.

V. Reconvene in open session, and take possible action, on items discussed above, including any items discussed in closed session.
