Description:  Is there any reason not to place action items 11.3, 11.4, 11.5, 11.6, and 11.7 as a Consent Action item? If not, I entertain a motion for these items as a Consent Action Item.
11.1. Board Finance Committee & Superintendent Recommendation to approve the specified Unit Office Staff and Administrator 3% Salary Increases for 2020-21 as presented for Dinah Clingan (Payroll/HR), Chris Richardson (Tech Coord.), John Siddens (Head of Maintenance), Anne Burton (JH Principal), Michelle Kimbro (Curriculum Coord.), Nicole Lapenas (OGS Principal), and John Odle (OHS Asst. Principal).

11.2. Recommendation to employ Sarah Brown to fill the full time nurse vacancy that serves the Junior High and High School Beginning November 9, 2020. She will be on Step 9 of the Associates Degree lane in the Collective Bargaining Agreement at $25.97 per hour. 
11.3. Recommendation to employ Anne Soderstrom to fill the OGS teacher's aide vacancy. She will be on Step 1.

11.4. Recommendation to employ Erinn Brimbury as OHS Full-Time English Sub for Mr. Hayworth while he is on leave. She will be compensated $185.97 per day for our long term sub rate of pay.  
11.5. Recommendation to employ Aime Baumeister for the remainder of the semster, two hours per day to teach Advanced Placement and Honors English at OHS. This temporary position will be paid for through the ESSER Grant.
