11. CONSIDERATION AND ACTION ON: 
11.1. Recommendation to employ 1.0 FTE Classroom Aide-Debbie Clow at OHS as a long term Special Education substitute for the 2020-21 school year until we can secure a qualified-licensed special education teacher. 
11.2. Recommendation to employ 1.0 FTE Debbie Wells to fill the Special Education Aide vacancy at Oakwood Junior High School beginning the 2020 - 2021 school year on Step 1.  
11.3. Recommendation to adopt the "Selection of First Midstate Inc. as Underwriter/Placement Agent and Chapman and Cutler LLP as Bond/Disclosure Counsel to the Underwriter/Placement Agent with respect to the District's General Obligation Refunding School Bonds."
12. OTHER NEW BUSINESS - Discussion
12.1. An ESP employee has requested to the Board of Education to rescind her previous approved intent to retire letter at the end of the 2021-22 school year.
Description:  Mr. Maynard received a request on 8/24/20 asking for the Board of Education to rescind her previous intent to retire letter at the end of the 2021-22 school year.  She made an error in her calculations of her retirement incentives.
