VIII.B.2. Recess for Closed Session to Discuss LASA  and LEA Bargaining Agreements. RECOMMENDED MOTION: “that the Board of Education recess into closed session for the purpose of discussing the bargaining agreements for LASA and LEA as outlined in the attached documents as permissible by the Opens Meeting Act."

VIII.B.3. Motion to Approve Bargaining Agreement for LASA.  RECOMMENDED MOTION "that the Board of Education ratify the 1-year bargaining agreement for LASA as presented in the attachment."

VIII.B.4. Motion to Approve Bargaining Agreement for LEA.  RECOMMENDED MOTION "that the Board of Education ratify the 1-year bargaining agreement for LEA as presented in the attachments."

VIII.B.5. Resolution for General Education Pupil Transportation Consortium Agreement . RECOMMENDED MOTION: "that the Board of Education accepts and approves the Lansing School District's participation in the Ingham Intermediate School District's Consortium and authorize the Superintendent or designee to execute the Consortium Agreement on behalf of the Lansing School District."
