Description:
NARRATIVE
BACKGROUND:KFEA members have voted to decline the district offer of the 2% cola and 3.4% increase on the insurance cap. Instead, they would like to forgo the 3% bonus and be granted a 4% cola and a small insurance cap increase. The administration recommends cancelling the 3% bonus and giving a 4% cola and a 1% insurance cap increase for the 2021-22 school year.
