3. Executive Session: The Lane Education Board of Directors will convene in executive session "to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or agent, unless they request an open meeting, pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(b), and "to consider records that are exempt by law from public inspection" pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2)(f).
All matters discussed during the executive session are confidential and shall not be disclosed by any representative of the news media without authorization by the school board. |
