2. EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Centennial School District Governing Board will meet in executive session to consider the dismissal or disciplining of, or to hear complaints or charges brought against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent who does not request an open hearing; in addition, they will be conducting deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations.   

The Executive Session is held pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(b) and ORS 192.660 (2)(d)

Note: No decision may be made in Executive Session. At the end of the executive session, the Board will return to open session. Members of the news media are directed not to report on or otherwise disclose any of the deliberations, except to state the general subject of the session as previously announced.
