EXECUTIVE SESSION - NOTE: The Board will meet in executive session under ORS 192.660 (2)(e) -to conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to negotiate real property transactions & to review and evaluate the performance of the superintendent or any other public officer, employee or staff member, unless that person requests an open hearing (ORS 192.660(2)(i)). Media may attend but may not report on items discussed during executive session.
