Description:
As per Oregon Administrative Rule 581-022-2305, school districts are to report compliance or non-compliance to the Division 22 Standards for Public Elementary & Secondary Schools to their school board no later than February 1st. **For the 2019 Assurances, ODE is requiring school districts to report compliance on the 2017-2018 school year as some OARs were revised and renumbered in late 2018.
