1. Call Special Executive Session to order pursuant to ORS 332.061(1).
To conduct a hearing on the expulsion or a student or to review a student's confidential medical records. (Representatives of the news media shall not be allowed to attend this executive session.) **ORS 192.660(6) provides: "No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision," except with regard to the following matters: - The expulsion of a student (ORS 332.061(1)(a)) - Matters pertaining to an examination of the confidential medical records of a student, including that student's education program (ORS 332.061(1)(b)).
