Description:  The Board will review the information provided by the Southern Oregon ESD regarding their Local Service Plan. By law, school district boards must take formal action to approve the ESD Local Service Plan on or before March 1. The Board will be asked to vote on this matter at the February 17, 2026 meeting.

Description:  The Board will review one Budget Committee application for Avery Martin (SMS). There is currently one open position in the Scenic Middle School area. The Board will have the option to approve the application at the February 17, 2026 meeting.

Description:  Spencer will present a request to annex one of the lots at Scenic Middle School that covers most of the athletic fields into the City of Central Point. The lot is currently county-zoned property surrounded by city-zoned property. The city will cover the costs of the annexation and legal consultation confirmed this is mutually beneficial for the district and the city. The Board will be asked to vote on this matter at the February 17, 2026 meeting.

Description:  At the last meeting, Tom presented a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the District 6 Education Association (D6EA) regarding a flexible working schedule for Lynette Padilla through the end of the 2025-2026 school year.
