Spencer will present a proposal from S&B James Construction for Early Work and Material Procurement involved with the Crater High School Gym Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and seismic project. The proposal value is $1,255,928 and will be included within S&B James Construction's Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract which will be presented to the Board in the coming months.
