Description:
Spencer will present a proposed Design and Construction Contract with Modern Building Systems, Inc. for a new classroom wing at Scenic Middle School. The contract will be secured through a permissive cooperative procurement based on a competitive bidding process initiated by the Salem-Keizer School District. The proposed contract value is $2,022,970 and completion of the work is expected in August 2022.
