7.1. Inter-district Transfers - JECB

Description:
By law, the Board must annually establish the number of students allowed in or out of our district. At the last meeting, Walt recommended the District continue the current policy of accepting all requests for transfers into District 6 schools for the 2022-2023 school year, reserving the right of placement. As well, Walt recommended, in addition to any students allowed by law to transfer out (hardship transfers), the Central Point School District approve all outgoing transfer requests contingent on a meeting with the superintendent.
