XIV.A. Resolution 21-09 | Adopt the 2021-22 Douglas ESD Budget

Description: 
On May 20, 2021 The Budget Committee reviewed and approved the budget as presented.  The Budget Document is now before the board for adoption. This resolution includes:
   * Adopting the budget
   * Imposing the Tax
   * Categorizing the tax

XIV.C. Approve Salary and Benefits Agreement with DESDA/OEA

Description: 
All licensed and classified staff will receive a 2% COLA and there will be movement on the salary schedule for the 2021-22 and 2022-23 years, and the insurance cap will increase by $25.00 each year for a total of $1,425.00/mo. for 2021-22 and $1,450.00/mo. for 2022-23.

XIV.F. Harmon Construction | Amendment to Contract

Description: 
The current contract between Harmon Construction ahd the ESD includes their services for construction management, annex remodel, and asbestos abatement.  This amendment will include the services and construction cost for the remaining remodel.
