VII.1. The board will convene in executive session to "conduct deliberations with persons designated by the governing body to carry on labor negotiations," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (d) and to "consider records that are exempt by law from public inspection," pursuant to ORS 192.660 (2) (f).
Executive Sessions involving deliberations with persons designated to carry on labor negotiations, or to consider the expulsion of a student or matters pertaining to a student's confidential medical records, are not open to the public or to the news media.
