I. 5:15-5:45 p.m. Executive Session: The board will convene in executive session to review and discuss employee performance evaluations pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(i) and to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection pursuant to ORS 192.660(f).

If additional time for public comment is needed, it will be at the end of the meeting. Speakers may offer objective comments or criticism about district operations and programs. The district has a board policy for filing a formal complaint against an individual.
