7. OREGON ENGLISH LEARNERS REPORT (written only)
Description:
ORS 327.016 directs the Oregon Department of Education (ODE) to prepare an annual report on English learner program funding and student outcomes. The report intends to describe the population of English Learners in Oregon and summarize district and state progress toward meeting their needs and objectives in ELD programs. Each annual report is distributed in June. This report is for the 2023-24 school year, and is required to be provided to school board members by Sept. 1st.
