Description:
The Board Chairman, Laura Wipper will welcome all members of the Budget Committee and ask for introductions.

3. ELECTION OF BUDGET COMMITTEE CHAIRMAN

4. SUPERINTENDENT BUDGET MESSAGE
Description:
Superintendent-Andy Gardner will present the budget message.

Description:
Business Manager, Jane Nofziger will present the proposed 2016-17 Budget.

6. DISCUSSION
Description:
The Committee Chairman will lead the discussion in order to clarify questions regarding the budget.

7. CALL FOR MOTION
Description:
After the discussion has been completed, the Committee Chairman will call for a motion.
MOTION-APPROVAL OF 2016-17 BUDGET I move that the Budget Committee approve the proposed 2016-17 Budget as presented before the Committee at a spending level of $34,834,642; approve the property tax rate of 4.3973 per $1000 of assessed value for operations and in the amount of $1,474,225 for payment of bond principal and interest. 8. NEXT STEPS
Description:
An additional meeting has been schedule for June 2, 2016 at 7:00 pm if needed. The budget hearing is scheduled for June 16, 2016 at 6:00 pm. Both meeting will be held at the District Office site in the Santiam Room.
