2. REVIEW OF BUDGET DOCUMENTS AND ADDITIONS
Description:
Jane will review any additional budget documents and the motions that will be approved to adopt the budget during the Regular Session.
Board members who were in attendance at the Budget Committee meeting on May 28th received a copy proposed budget document. A final budget is available upon request. The business office asks that the proposed budget notebooks be returned for recycling. Attached are copies of the PowerPoint presented at the Budget Committee meeting and all budget documents that need to be approved during the Regular Session. |

3. PUBLIC COMMENTS AND DISCUSSION
Description:
This time is set aside to hear any public comments on the proposed 2015-16 Budget. There will be time for further discussion during the Regular Session if needed.
