2.1. Summer Project Review and Discussion:
Description:
Jim Fitzpartick and Ed Fitz-Patrick will be on hand to discuss the summer bond work, its progress to this point, final completion/issues, and what will be happening this year and beyond.

2.2. Bond Schematic Drawings:
Description:
The bond architect, Jim Fitzpatrick, will show the Board some of the possible options for construction and remodel projects set to take place starting in late Spring or early Summer 2014.

3. RECESS TO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Description:
The Board will take a short break and then call the Executive Session to order at approximately 6:15 p.m.

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
|
|
4.1. Under ORS 192.660 (2)(d)-Labor Negotiator Consultations:
Description:
The Board will discuss the two Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) with the Licensed and Classified unions and get recommendations from the District's Negotiator.

|
5. ADJOURN
Description:
The meeting will adjourn at approximately 6:55 p.m. in order to start the Regular Session at 7:00 p.m.
