2.1. Superintendent Performance Evaluation:
Description:
Tass and Mike met with Teri Butler, HR Director to review comparison district information on salary, benefits, and contract language prior to meeting with Andy regarding his evaluation and contract extension.
Andy has the opportunity to review the evaluation with the Board, ask clarifying questions, and add comments. |

2.2. Negotiation Consultations:
Description:
Tass and Mike will discuss the negotiated contract for Superintendent, Andy Gardner and their recommendations for a contract extension.
