3. SUPERINTENDENT DRAFT GOALS FOR 2012-13
Description:
Andy will present his draft goals to the Board for the 2012-13 school year. He will refine them and present his goals as well as any changes to the District and Board Goals at the next Management Team meeting in February. This will allow MT members to go forward and align some of their own goals for next year with both the Superintendent's and the Board's goals. All goals for the 2012-13 school year will be presented at the Spring Workshop to be held on April 13th and 14th. Attached are the Superintendent's goals for 2011-12.
